99.8 % guaranteed uptime
Our goal is to ensure Intacct is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and we guarantee 99.8% system uptime. With our AvailabilityPlusSM subscription, you get a credit of 10% for each percentage point below the availability target, up to 50% of that month’s subscription fees.
The data center running Intacct is backed up by a complete disaster recovery program with Quality Technology Services (QTS), the global leader in disaster recovery services. In the unlikely case of a disaster, your applications will be available within 24 hours, and no more than two hours of data will be lost.
If you contact our support organization, you will receive acknowledgement from us within four hours of your customer support request, and will get either a resolution or update within 24 hours of your request. You will also receive regular communication from us regarding new features and planned shutdowns.
As an Intacct customer, you explicitly own your own data, and may download this data at any time. If you ever decide to leave Intacct, we will help you get your data out of our systems. You can also preserve your data on Intacct’s systems for as long as you like, for a nominal fee.
