System Availability Commitment

Intacct has committed to 99.8% service availability, excluding scheduled maintenance and outages caused by circumstances beyond Intacct's reasonable control. If we are unable to meet that level of service availability, our AvailabilityPlusSM subscription credit will provide a credit of 10% for each percentage point below the availability target, up to 50% of that month's subscription fees.
