Intacct's professional services team strives for 100% customer satisfaction. A Project Manager will work with you from start to finish, helping you scope out the project, roles and timeline for your implementation and guide you every step of the process. He or she will help you scope out the project, roles and timeline for the your implementation of your financial management and accounting solution and work closely with you throughout the entire process. If we do not deliver on-time and on-budget, you are eligible for a "10% no questions" asked credit.

Implementation Overview
Over the years Intacct has developed a prescriptive methodology for deploying our financial management and accounting solutions that includes processes, tools and best practices built from numerous implementations. We follow the general framework below, but tailor each step to meet your unique needs.

Define
The define phase is the first step in the implementation process. The Intacct Project Manager will work closely with your team to align Intacct capabilities with your current and future business requirements. During this phase, we will work together to develop a customized project plan and define the Go-Live criteria.

Train
During the "Train" phase of implementation, we ask you to focus on training users on the Intacct System. Training is mostly self-paced and is provided through our online Training Management Center. Classes are usually broken up into 1-2 hour sessions and delivered via pre-recorded and live web meetings.

Build
During the build phase, your Intacct instance is constructed into a fully working environment per the scope, requirements and processes finalized during the Define phase.

Model
During this phase of the implementation process, Intacct provides you with a replica of the completed Intacct environment, so your team has a chance to become comfortable with the system before deploying it live. We will provide you pre-defined test scripts to ensure that the Intacct environment meets your needs.

Deploy
During this last project phase, we make your Intacct Solution live and your team officially begins using Intacct.

Evolve
Getting the client up and running with a robust financial management and accounting system is our number one priority. If you find you need additional functionality, however, we are here to help. We offer a standard "Health Check" service which allows us to evaluate your implementation and help you get the most out of your Intacct system.
