Intacct Corporation participates in the U.S.–E.U. Safe Harbor framework and the U.S.–Swiss Safe Harbor as set forth by the United States Department of Commerce. As part of our participation in the safe harbor, we have agreed to TRUSTe dispute resolution for disputes relating to our compliance with the Safe Harbor Privacy Framework. If contacting us does not resolve your complaint, you may raise your complaint with TRUSTe by Internet here, fax to 415-520-3420, or mail to TRUSTe Safe Harbor Compliance Dept., click for mailing address. If you are faxing or mailing TRUSTe to lodge a complaint, you must include the following information: the name of company, the alleged privacy violation, your contact information, and whether you would like the particulars of your complaint shared with the company. The TRUSTe dispute resolution process shall be conducted in English. For human resources data we have agreed to cooperate with Data Protection Authorities.
Information we collect and how we use it
We collect demographic and contact information, such as your name, title, company name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and professional association and certain firmographic company information, such as number of employees, or industry, from visitors who wish to receive information about Intacct and its products and services. We use this information to provide you with information about the products and services that we provide and to send you information regarding Intacct or its partners, such as newsletters, promotions and events. If you no longer wish to receive these email communications you may follow the unsubscribe mechanism contained in each of the emails you receive.
If you choose to use our referral service to tell a colleague about our site, we will ask you for your friend's name, email address and phone number. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. Intacct stores this information for tracking the success of our referral program.

We use other third parties such as an email service provider to send out emails on our behalf, Live Chat to assist you if you have questions while using our site, teleconference services to provide you with webinars and demos, and a hosting service provider to host and provide our content. We provide the information to our trusted distribution partners who work on behalf of or with Intacct under confidentiality agreements. These companies may use your information to help Intacct communicate with you about offers from Intacct and our partners. These companies do not have any independent right to share this information. We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends and to help us improve your experience on our website.
Re-Targeted advertising uses information collected on an individual's web browsing behavior such as the pages they have visited or the searches they have made. This information is then used to display ads. The information collected is only linked to an anonymous cookie ID (alphanumeric number); it does not include any information that could be linked back to a particular person, such as their name, address or credit card number. The information used for targeted advertising either comes from Intacct or through third party website publishers.
