Information We Collect and How We Use It
We collect demographic and contact information, such as your name, title, company name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and professional association and certain firmographic company information, such as number of employees, or industry, from visitors who wish to receive information about Intacct and its products and services. We use this information to provide you with information about the products and services that we provide and to send you information regarding Intacct or its partners, such as newsletters, promotions and events. If you no longer wish to receive these email communications you may follow the unsubscribe mechanism contained in each of the emails you receive.
If you choose to use our referral service to tell a colleague about our site, we will ask you for your friend's name, email address and phone number. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. Intacct stores this information for tracking the success of our referral program.
Your friend may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request that we remove this information from our database.
We use other third parties such as an email service provider to send out emails on our behalf, Live Chat to assist you if you have questions while using our site, teleconference services to provide you with webinars and demos, and a hosting service provider to host and provide our content. We provide the information to our trusted distribution partners who work on behalf of or with Intacct under confidentiality agreements. The information used for targeted advertising either comes from Intacct or through third party website publishers.
