Crimson Worldwide Integrates Intacct's ERP On Demand and Salesforce.com's CRM to Increase Revenue and Cut IT Costs
Fusing Financial Management, Supply Chain and CRM Enables Temporary Housing Provider to Manage the Entire Sales Cycle from Opportunity to Cash in One Solution

SAN JOSE, Calif., Nov. 21, 2005 — Intacct Corporation, the leader in on-demand ERP, today announced that Crimson Worldwide selected Intacct's ERP On Demand suite to manage its temporary housing operations, which span the entire United States. Intacct's Web-native, subscription-based financial management and supply chain applications help Crimson establish strong corporate governance around financial reporting, reduce IT-related expenses, and grow revenue through higher productivity.

Crimson is also integrating Intacct's ERP On Demand with salesforce.com's (NYSE: CRM) customer relationship management (CRM) application to complete the sales cycle — generate quotes, verify pricing and inventory, convert quotes to orders, track fulfillment, manage invoices, monitor customer satisfaction and book revenue. Intacct's integration and customization services, ConnectERP and CustomERP, synchronize data between the two applications in real time. Merging Intacct and salesforce.com gives midsize companies a complete suite of on-demand business management software, including financial management, order entry, purchasing, inventory, marketing, sales management, customer service and customer support.

“Once we saw how salesforce.com's on-demand CRM worked seamlessly with Intacct's ERP On Demand, the choice was easy — we selected the two best-of-breed software-as-a-service solutions for running a rapidly growing business,” said Jay Contreras, CEO of Crimson. “Our temporary housing operations stretch from coast to coast. Therefore, the ability to securely and quickly access business applications on the Web makes us a better company, with lower IT costs, more flexible business processes and higher productivity.”

“Beyond business applications, Intacct delivers innovation to enterprise customers and software vendors,” said Robert J. Jurkowski, CEO and president of Intacct. “Our on-demand platform services take the application out of the silo, making it easy and affordable for Crimson and other midsize companies to integrate and customize third-party applications, such as CRM, HR and manufacturing, with our on-demand ERP services.”

Crimson provides temporary corporate and government housing services throughout the United States. From apartments to single-family homes, Crimson supplies clients with furnishings, housewares, high-speed Internet, premium cable TV services and more. A superior value to cramped hotel rooms, Crimson's temporary apartments and homes combine the luxury of a personal residence with hotel-style amenities and services.
