If you're looking to get the most out of your Intacct investment, a bi-annual Health Check evaluation is the perfect solution.  Every six months, a Customer Success Manager will sit down with you to evaluate your current needs and requirements to optimize your use of Intacct.
 
The Intacct Health Check consists of:

  • An initial phone call between you and an Intacct Customer Success Manager to identify your goals and any current issues.
  • A review of your current Intacct subscriptions, configuration, and preferences.
  • A review of your users and their respective user permissions.
  • A review of the configuration of your transaction definition.s
  • A review of your use of dashboards and reporting, including a review of several financial reports that include your balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows.

After the review, Intacct will provide you with a comprehensive report of our findings along with a clear set of recommendations.
