Michael A. Braun
Chief Executive Officer
Mike joined Intacct as CEO in 2007. He has over 35 years experience in the information technology industry and has been CEO of three Silicon Valley companies and General Manager of four major businesses at IBM.
Most of his experience has been working in businesses based on advanced technology in the early stage of market adoption or helping businesses grow around a new vision. As CEO of Neuron Data, he transformed it into Blaze Software which went public in 2000 and is now part of Fair Issac Corporation. In the mid 1990’s, he led Kaleida Labs, the pioneering multimedia joint venture of Apple and IBM, and most recently co-founded The Interim CEO Network, Silicon Valley’s #1 source for interim leadership. His IBM career spanned 23 years, customers of all sizes, and products as diverse as software, servers of all sizes, PC’s and even typewriters.
Habitually "on the edge" of new trends like on demand application solutions, Mike also was a founder and VP of IBM's Multimedia Division in 1990 and started its Fireworks Partners venture fund in 1992. He formed the Interactive Multimedia Association in 1991 and served as its chairman until merging with the Software Publishers Association in 1996. He helped launch SNA in 1977 and the original IBM PC in 1981. He has also been a guest lecturer in the entrepreneurship programs at Stanford's Graduate School of Business and Santa Clara University.
He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Callidus Software (NASDAQ: CALD), and is on the board of Captara Corporation, Boardwalktech and TheatreWorks. He has a BA in Psychology from the University of Rochester and also an MBA from its Simon School.

Marc Linden
Chief Financial Officer
Vice President, Finance and Administration
Marc Linden brings Intacct more than 20 years of finance, business strategy, and general management experience. Marc oversees the company’s financial and administrative organizations.
Prior to Intacct, Marc was CFO for four years at Mirapoint, Inc., a market leader in appliance-based solutions for secure messaging. He was CFO for Onebox.com until it was sold to Phone.com and then merged with Software.com to create Openwave (NASDAQ: OPWV), where he then worked as general manager of Openwave’s messaging business unit. Marc also held positions in corporate development and planning at Octel, a pioneer in voicemail that is now part of Avaya; and served as vice president of business development and CFO for Global Village/OneWorld. He started his career with five years in the technology practice at McKinsey & Company.
Marc holds an economics degree from the University of California at Berkeley, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
George Jaquette
Vice President, Product Management
George joined Intacct in 2007 to lead the direction and definition of Intacct's on-demand business solutions. George brings 20 years of management experience and deep knowledge of accounting, sales force automation, and professional services to the Intacct management team.
Prior to joining Intacct, George led product management at Intuit for the core desktop line of QuickBooks. He was a key member of Intuit's corporate marketing team for two years prior to that role.
Before Intuit, George held executive roles at Real Networks and a variety of companies focused on digital media, manufacturing, and consumer electronics. At Silicon Graphics, he led a team that delivered core sales force automation tools to integrate international field sales offices, and his background includes roles with consulting and manufacturing companies.
George earned an MBA from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering, also from MIT.

Marianna Tessel
Vice President, Engineering
Marianna Tessel has more than 15 years of software development and management experience, and is responsible for managing the engineering organization at Intacct.
Marianna joined Intacct from Ariba (NASDAQ: ARBA), a leading provider of spend management solutions, where she spent more than six years, most recently as vice president of platform engineering. At Ariba, she managed a large team focused on the Ariba platform, upon which all Ariba applications are built. In addition, Marianna played an important role in transitioning Ariba solutions to a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) delivery model. Prior to Ariba, she spent six years on the engineering team at General Magic, a former developer of handheld communication devices, rising to the level of vice president of engineering.
Marianna holds a computer sciences degree from Technicon, Israel’s leading engineering school.
Aaron Harris
Chief Technology Officer
Aaron Harris has more than 15 years of high-tech engineering experience in the areas of business applications and software development strategies. For the past several years at Intacct, where he served as vice president of engineering, he has built the world's first software-as-a-service architecture that delivers on-demand financial applications.
Prior to joining Intacct, Aaron was a member of Arthur Andersen's Developers' Coordination Council, where he evangelized emerging development technologies, established best practices and built infrastructure software development tools, focusing on Remote Data Access and XML technologies.
Aaron holds a master’s degree in information systems and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Brigham Young University.
Kathleen Lord
Vice President, Sales
Kathleen Lord is responsible for Intacct's direct sales operations. She brings more than 12 years of sales management experience at startups and major software companies.
Prior to Intacct, Kathleen developed and managed the corporate sales organization at Proofpoint, a leading email security provider. At Biz360, an on-demand market intelligence solution, Kathleen doubled revenue within the first year and implemented processes and technology to scale the sales organization. At Trading Dynamics, a Web-based procurement and spend management software company, she helped build the initial customer base, leading to the company’s acquisition by Ariba. Kathleen also successfully managed Arbor Software’s corporate sales team through the merger with Hyperion.
Kathleen earned a bachelor of science degree in agribusiness from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
Jerry Jalaba
Vice President, Channel Sales
Jerry Jalaba is responsible for managing Intacct’s successful channel and alliance initiatives, driving growth through strategic relationships with a variety of partners, including CPA firms, financial and business process outsourcers, value added resellers, solution providers, independent software vendors, distributors, systems integrators, and consultants among others.
Jerry has more than 25 years of experience in sales, channels, and marketing. Jerry joined Intacct from Google, via their acquisition of communications security and compliance leader Postini, where he was vice president of worldwide alliance and channel sales. In that position, he helped to accelerate growth via highly successful channel initiatives. At Postini, Jerry developed and executed a diversified strategy for global channels in a software as a service (SaaS) business, and contributed triple-digit year over year growth across a broad set of business partners.
Jerry started his career at IBM in a variety of sales and marketing management roles over a 13-year period. He then spent five years at 3Com, where he was vice president of North America sales and vice president of worldwide sales operations. For the past ten years, Jalaba has invented and implemented creative distribution strategies as vice president of sales and channels at fast growing companies including Vertical Networks, Ramp Networks, Palm, Postini, and Google.
Daniel Druker
Senior Vice President, Marketing and Business Development
Dan joined Intacct as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development in 2007. Dan brings more than 20 years of executive, strategy and operational excellence to Intacct.
Before Intacct, Dan served as executive vice president of global marketing for Postini, transforming sales, marketing and channels for this $90 million Software as a Service communications security leader and leading to a $625 million acquisition by Google.
Prior to Postini, Dan led marketing for the highest growth, highest value segment of the $4 billion information management division of IBM and drove more than $1.5 billion in acquisitions. Dan came to IBM through the acquisition of Trigo Technologies, where he served as vice president of marketing and helped to quadruple Trigo's market capitalization. Dan also founded the CRM division of Hyperion Solutions, and served as vice president, general manager and executive committee member of Hyperion. His career also includes positions in sales, alliances, technology, and marketing at Arbor Software, Oracle, and Intel.
Dan holds an MBA from the University of California at Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Stanford University.

Haris Hadjiioannou
Vice President, Operations
Haris Hadjiioannou provides information technology leadership across all Intacct services. He is responsible for technology infrastructure, architecture, security, networks and service operations.
Haris has held a range of diverse positions, managing a wide range of technologies. Before joining Intacct in 1999, he served as senior software engineer at Broadquest, where he was instrumental in developing the company's DataWeb enterprise portal software product. At ABC Systems & Software, Haris led the company's technical department, which provided and supported outsourced IT services for the manufacturing and finance industry. Prior, he held numerous positions at ICL Hellas, a subsidiary of International Computer Limited, including managing the company's software and professional services department.
Haris earned a master of science degree in computer science from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
