How much does Advantage 2008 cost?

• Standard registration: $749
• Early Bird registration: $649 (available until Aug. 1, 2008)
• Group Discount: companies bringing three (3) or more paid attendees to Advantage 2008 can save an additional $100 per person. All registrants must register using the same log-in for the registration system.

What are acceptable forms of payment?

You can use any of the following credit cards online: American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.

What is included in my Advantage 2008 conference registration?

Conference fees includes:

• Optional pre-conference training on Monday afternoon
• All keynote and breakout sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday
• "Ask Intacct" 1:1 meeting access
• Breakfast and lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday
• All morning and afternoon break refreshments during the Conference
• Welcome Reception on Monday evening
• Conference Party on Tuesday evening

What are the substitution, cancellation and refund policies?

Substitutions:
Substitutions will be accepted, but must be made by email to Intacct at advantage@intacct.com by Friday, September 12.

Refunds:
Refunds will be provided for cancellations if your request is received by September 2, 2008. The amount of the refund will be based on the following schedule:

Until August 8: full refund
Aug. 9 – 22: 50% refunded
Aug. 23 – Sept. 2: 25% refunded
After Sept. 2: no refunds available

Can I bring a guest to the Conference?

Guest passes, valid for the two evening events, are available for $200. Guests will not be admitted to the Conference keynotes or breakout sessions.

What identification will I need when I arrive at the Conference?

Photo ID will be required at the conference registration desk to pick up your registration badge.

Where and when do I pick up my Advantage 2008 badge and materials?

Your Conference badge and materials can be picked up onsite at our Registration area – Sunday afternoon and Monday morning in the Folsom Library just inside the main entrance to the Hayes Mansion, and all day Tuesday and Wednesday morning in the Foyer of the main conference center.

Can I register in advance for particular sessions?

We are not accepting advance registrations for the sessions. All sessions are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can I register in advance for an "Ask Intacct" 1:1 meeting?

Sign-up sheets for the "Ask Intacct" 1:1 meetings will be available at the registration desk when you arrive at the Conference.

Will there be high-speed internet access?

Dolce Hayes Mansion offers complimentary high-speed internet access in the guest rooms. Wireless high-speed internet access is available for an additional fee.

How do I get to the Dolce Hayes Mansion?

From San Jose International Airport (11 Miles):
Take Highway 87 (Guadalupe Pkwy) South to highway 85 South. Exit on Blossom Hill Road and turn left. Go five lights to Lean Ave. and turn left. Lean Ave. becomes Edenvale Ave. The Hayes Mansion Conference Center is approx. one mile ahead on the left-hand side.

From San Francisco International Airport (Approx. 1 Hour):
Take Highway 101 South to the Blossom Hill Road/Silver Creek Valley Road exit. Turn right onto Blossom Hill Road. At Lean Ave. turn right. (Lean Ave. will become Edenvale Ave.) The Hayes Mansion Conference Center will be approx. one mile ahead on the left.

Is there a shuttle to the Conference from the airport?

The Dolce Hayes Mansion offers an airport shuttle to and from the San Jose or San Francisco airports at the following rates:

To/From San Jose Airport: $40 for up to 4 people, and $10 for each additional person.

To/from San Francisco Airport: $140 for up to 3 passengers, or $165 for 4-8 passengers.

Shuttle service can be arranged during room reservation or by calling 408-226-3200.

What are the room rates at Dolce Hayes Mansion?

Intacct has arranged for a block of rooms at Dolce Hayes Mansion for our clients and partners. The negotiated rate is $175 plus taxes.

Note: Check in time is 3pm and check-out time is noon – baggage check will be available.

Can we get the Conference room rate for extra days prior to or after the Conference?

Yes. The Dolce Hayes Mansion will honor the Conference room rate for up to three days before and three days after the event.

What is the weather like in San Jose in September?

In September, the average high temperature in San Jose is 82 degrees, with an average low temperature of 57 degrees. Rainfall in September is rare, with San Jose recording less than a quarter of an inch of rain on average for the whole month.

What's the dress code for Advantage 2008?

The dress code for Advantage 2008 is business casual. The facility is air conditioned, so plan to dress in layers for greatest comfort.

NOTE: The Conference Party on Tuesday night will have a luau theme, so be sure to bring your favorite Hawaiian themed attire.
