Conference registration includes access to all keynotes, breakout sessions, and breakfast and lunch during the main conference (October 26-28), plus entry into our evening events.

Group Discount

A discount of $100 per person off the main conference registration fees is available for groups of three or more paid attendees from the same company registering after August 1. Just enter the registration code GROUP to take advantage of this discount. All group registrations will be audited prior to the event—if your company does not have at least three paid attendees registered, the existing registrants will be charged at the non-discounted registration price.

Complimentary or discounted registrations (such as for CFO Summit attendees) do not count towards achieving the group discount.

The conference hotels are located approximately 20 miles from the Orlando International Airport. You have several options for travel between the airport and the conference hotels, including:

Shuttle Service

Discounted roundtrip airport shuttle service is available through Mears Motor Shuttle for Advantage attendees arriving into Orlando International Airport. Shared shuttles leave approximately every 30 minutes from the airport. Make a reservation.

Taxi Service

Taxis are easily accessible outside of the airport baggage claim area and are approximately $60 one way.

General Information

The main conference kicks off on Tuesday, October 25 at 5:30 pm and ends on Friday, October 28 at 12:00 pm. For customers, pre-conference training courses are available, at an additional cost, starting on Monday, October 24. For partners, our Partner Summit activities begin on Monday, October 24.

Average daytime temperatures in October range from the mid to high 80s, dropping to the mid 60s during the evening.

The dress code for Advantage 2016 is business-casual. The meeting space is air conditioned, so please plan to dress in layers for greatest comfort.

Yes, attendees can CPE credits for attending specific sessions during the conference. CPE credits are provided for all pre-conference training classes, as well as hands-on training classes and lecture style classes on Intacct products during the main conference. Partner Summit, customer panel sessions, and Partner Showcase sessions are not eligible for CPE credits. To obtain CPE credits, attendees must scan their badge upon entering each eligible session and also must complete the conference session surveys. Credit certificates will be emailed four to six weeks following the event.

  • CFO Summit Only (1-Day Pass): Free*

Cancellation requests made by October 7 are eligible for a full refund, less a $100 processing fee. Cancellations received after October 7 are not eligible for a refund. Registration substitutions can be made without penalty. To make an adjustment to your registration, please send an email to 2016 reservation adjustment.
