Intacct Joins Forces with the White House, SCORE, the AICPA and the Walmart Foundation

New Nationwide Initiative Will Help United States Military Personnel and Their Families to Become Entrepreneurs

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Apr. 12, 2011 –
Intacct, a leader in cloud financial management and
accounting software, SCORE, America's premier source of free and confidential small business advice for
entrepreneurs, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Walmart Foundation and additional technology leaders
including Cisco, Hewlett Packard, Microsoft and Salesforce.com came together today at the White House with First Lady Michelle Obama and
Dr. Jill Biden in support of a groundbreaking new nationwide initiative that will help thousands of United States military
personnel and their families to become entrepreneurs.

As part of the new nationwide initiative, Joining Forces, which was announced today at the White House by the First Lady and Dr. Biden, Intacct
and the other initiative partners have committed to providing pro bono mentoring, tools, software, training and support to military personnel
and their families. General Stanley A. McChrystal will lead the initiative, which will mobilize all sectors of society to give our service members
and their families the opportunities and support they have earned.

Today at the White House, Robert Reid, president and CEO of Intacct, joined senior executives from the other partners and luminaries from the
business and military communities attended the announcement in which the First Lady and Dr. Biden highlighted the issues that are of special
importance to the military families they have met with across the country, including the areas of employment, education, and wellness.

Helping Veterans Become Entrepreneurs

In support of Joining Forces, Intacct, SCORE, the AICPA, the Walmart Foundation and the other technology partners are proud to announce a
"Veterans Fast Launch" initiative which is a combined package of services, scholarships and software. As a part of Veterans Fast Launch, Intacct
and the other participants will provide veterans and their families with pro bono services, education and software that will aid in business
formation, growth and success as thousands of military personnel and their families transition into life as entrepreneurs.

Intacct's contribution to Joining Forces and Veterans Fast Launch is a no-charge initial subscription for its award-winning cloud computing-based
financial management and accounting software. SCORE will provide business training to military entrepreneurs through its network of 13,500 volunteer
mentors and trainers. The AICPA will provide financial literacy education and business startup tools, and AICPA member CPA firms nationwide will
provide pro bono business initiation, consulting and accounting services.

Today's announcement is a natural evolution of the partnership Intacct and SCORE announced earlier this year to work together to educate small
businesses about "cloud computing" and the benefits cloud computing-based software applications can provide to the businesses SCORE counsels. The
Intacct and SCORE partnership also leverages Intacct's relationship with the AICPA, which helps small and mid-sized businesses adopt cloud computing
and connect with more than 45,000 AICPA member CPA firms to improve financial performance, take better advantage of financial advice and make better
and faster business decisions.

"SCORE is thrilled to take part in this White House initiative with Intacct and to work together toward a common goal of providing support and resources
to our service members and their families," says Ken Yancy, CEO of SCORE. "This new program gives us all the opportunity to give back to the military
by offering free business advice and tools to aid in the successful transition of our nation's veterans and their families to small business ownership."

"We at Intacct are honored to have been selected to be part of an elite group of firms that will help veterans and their families make the transition to
become successful entrepreneurs," said Robert Reid, president and CEO of Intacct. "We can't think of a better way to show our gratitude to the United
States military - that group of Americans who make such tremendous contributions and sacrifices for our country."
