and accounting software, continues to attract top Microsoft and Sage partners to the Intacct Business Partner
Program. Intacct today announced a new partnership with Business Solutions, a long-time Microsoft and Sage partner with a substantial client base
in the Midwest region of the United States. After many years representing on-premises software vendors, Business Solutions is diversifying its
portfolio to take advantage of the significant growth in demand for cloud computing-based applications. Intacct will be its first and only cloud
financial management and accounting software partner, a decision Business Solutions reached following a comprehensive review of all available
applications on the market today.

Business Solutions, based in Springfield, Missouri, brings to Intacct extensive experience implementing and customizing accounting and financial
management solutions. The firm is particularly strong in vertical markets, including restaurant franchises,
financial institutions, healthcare and other services industries.
Business Solutions is positioning its consulting practice to focus on helping clients take advantage of the improved return on investment offered by
cloud computing-based applications. Intacct will serve as the back-office centerpiece of their cloud offering.
